Lincoln Road in South Beach is the one stop place for vintage. Senzatempo carries what is probably the largest collection of vintage Patek Philippe and Rolex, a sight to see. Senzatempo has a small stand on the Jewelry Exchange Center (I think that's what it's called) among other vendors, but the real thing is their store. Also on Lincoln, their store looks like a furniture store from outside (which they also sell), you have to ask to see the watches. You won't be disappointed.
Gray & Sons across from Bal Harbour Shops also has a nice selecion but nothing close to Senzatempo.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Aurelio.
You MUST go to the International Watc and Jewlery Exchange>>

It's in Loehmann's plaza in Aventura on Biscayne Bouleavard, a little bit south of the Aventura mall (which has a Mayor's and a Bailey, Banks, and Biddle, by the way.) Be prepared for a sensory overload resulting from mass quantities of AP, Patek, JLC, Frank Muller, IWC, Silberstein, Breitling, Omega, and thousands on thousands of Rolexes!
Have fun!
