Seals Model C "Field Explorer"

This is from a small company in California named Seals Watch Co., and is the Model C. I suppose it could be classified as a field watch. I've always been drawn to it's unusual case design. It's a nice size for me at 40.5mm, has sapphire, 200M and an STP1-11 movement. I particularly like the hexagonal crown, the hex seconds hand end, the railroad chapter ring and the textured dial. This one is used and for under 400 usd it was reasonable.

This version is plain stainless, but there is (was) another version with an "aged" metal appearance, also one with a dark blue dial.

There is a note on their website that says back in stock April 23rd but on the model C specific page none are available. The majority of my collection consists of pre-owned watches and I don't think I'd spend full retail on one. When I saw this for 60% retail, I jumped on it.
