Hola amigos foreros. Resulta que el pasado 17 de Abril, compre en Ebay a un reconocido vendedor Power Seller (chonoswissprice) una correa de coco para mi Tag Mónaco. (180 euros) Pague inmediatamente despues de la compra, como hago siempre. El, ya anunciaba en su anuncio que estaba de vacaciones y que el artículo tardaría en llegar. La cosa es que han pasado 50 días y no me ha llagado nada. El vendedor si responde a todos mis correos. Me dice ( o así creo entender) en uno que ya lo envió y no lo recogi (falso), en otro que ya lo ha enviado y que espere a que llegue.
MI TEMOR ES ¿ NO ME ESTARA DANDO LARGAS PARA QUE SE ME PASEN LOS PLAZOS DE RECLAMACION Y VOTO?

This is the way its done with Tag Heuer,
First you place the order with email only, then they send you a confirmation that its been placed,
when its shipped, I will get an email from them, then you will receive an email from me that its been shipped to me and I will ship as sonn as the strap arrives,

Hi Patricio,
I checked with the post office and they told me the package was
in transit on your end and will be dispatched back to me
because you didn't pick it up as they send you a notice in the
mail letting you know that was waiting for you. now I am going
to ship you another one today but regular mail because they
check the other mail styles (CUSTOMS) .OK

You should have it any day....Patricio, I shipped and I have proof that I shipped please allow time for delivery at the same time check with customs please they may hold it for Tax's...in your Country...
please let me know whats going on on your side and I will check on this side...

Segun he leido en Ebay ya he perdido la protección de Paypal (por no haber reclamado en 45 días) Es esto así?- Que hago, pongo ya la disputa o aguanto un poco mas (tengo 60 dias desde la fecha de compra).
Por favor aconsejarme.
