I did a little experiment with these 2 watches. I used www.time.gov as the reference time and both watches were more or less treated equally during the 2-month period of this small experiment. The results were -90 seconds for the Evo and +72 seconds for the other watch (20% lower deviation than Evo). Although it was not significant, I wonder why the Evo was less accurate although it was COSC. Was it because an ETA is still an ETA no matter what do you to it or for some other reasons? I was also wondering if the money spent on getting the motors certified could instead be used to further enhance the watches' accuracy. Wouldn't that be more beneficial for us, the owners? Any comments, please?
