Respuesta de Gusswerk
"Dear Mr. Garcia!
Thank you for your Email - we are producing our pens in shanghai (like most of the other noteable brands), therefore it is possible, that a manufacturer from china is using some of our designs/elements, even if he is not allowed - we are instantly informing our lawyers in China.
The Gusswerk pens are different (hopefully, as much as i can see), because we are using differnt nibs, the clip is different, also the finishing, the cap as well… and little you will not see (new converters are produced in Germany).
we are working as european company, therefore we are focusing on designs, branding, marketing, quality management, distribution/sales and many more.
it is your decision to buy a no name product that looks closely to another, or if you are buying from a brand, where you have the guarantee, that it will provide you with technical support, as well as it offers you 24 months complete guarantee on the product. For example the Klimt is a Klimt and not something that looks similar.
If you are not satisfied with the product you bought from us, you still have the right to return us your pen - if it is not damaged - we will surely retransfer you your money back.
We thank you very much for this important information, to set legal actions, to prohibit something like this furthermore! I apologize, if you have the feeling that this is a mistake from us, but I can ensure you that our pens are proofed by hand from us here in Vienna, where the finishing is made and that we guarantee for the quality and will try to prevent any copyright injuries in the future.
Kind Regards
Roman Steiner"

Casi con seguridad se la devuelva, mande un comunicado a alguna publicación especializada en plumas en Austria para ponerles sobre aviso...y adquiera una jinhao
