En un post que publique, que por cierto nadie me dio su opinión, ya plantee mi problema con los de steinhart (lo podeis ver aqui A quien le han enviado el 109?

So, now the watch ( No 109) is back from the Watchmaker, and he has not good news about it.
It looks like the wrong Customer has wear the Watch some days, an it looks not good, there are big scratches in the Saphire and the Case, the watchmaker can not polish out the scratches.
I don’t know what this person do with the watch , sorry.
So what can we do ??? I only can make a new case for you with the No 109, but this takes 4-6 Weeks, or I can give you back your money I you don’t want to wait ??
I can only say sorry for this mistake.
Please give me answer what you prefer to do ?
